THANK YOU, Kathryn! That's really good stuff! I wish that the reality of the situation didn't so easily lend itself to the "scary music" genre of documentary, but seriously. We have GOT to STOP using pharmaceuticals (and surgeries, for that matter) as if they're safe, benign, magnanimous, or in any way something other than a desperate measure for what is usually a very homely, ordinary, and human condition.
Change your diet. Change your mental habits. Move your body. Go ahead and mourn. It's okay to be sad. If you're overtired, maybe you should sleep. That sort of thing.
