Britain's Got MORE Talent

Paul Potts was amazing when I found him at Britain's Got Talent

And now Britain's Got Talent found in Carlisle Cathedral's head chorister, Andrew Johnston. The kid's only thirteen years old, and he's more comfortable in a choir robe than on stage in front of the terrifying Simon Cowell, but oh - my - word. What a voice! Sing on, Andrew.

Here he is at Britain's Got Talent.

And here he is in Carlisle.

Pie Jesu, Pie Jesu
Pie Jesu, Pie Jesu
Qui tollis peccata mundi
Dona eis requiem
Dona eis requiem

Agnus Dei, Agnus Dei
Agnus Dei, Agnus Dei
Qui tollis peccata mundi
Dona eis requiem
Dona eis requiem
Sempiternam, sempiternam requiem

Lord, have mercy
Lord, have mercy
You who take away the sins of the world
Grant them peace
Grant them peace

Lamb of God, Lamb of God
Lamb of God, Lamb of God
You who take away the sins of the world
Grant them peace
Grant them peace
Peace everlasting, everlasting

That was awesome, Stephanie. Especially Paul Potts, because I think that as we get older we don't always get the same encouragement to pursue our dreams and talents as we did when we were young. How incredible to see a mobile phone company employee up there belting it out like that. Thank you SO MUCH for the inspiration- I needed it today.

You have to check out the cheeky 10 year old stand up comedian.

Oh my word! Douglas, that kid was hilarious! His act was okay - he's in too much of a novice's hurry, of course. But he's TEN! And his answer to "why did you sing then?" being "the producers told me to" and then a follow up of "Simon I know about the singing" -- heavens! I shudder at the thought of that kid being in my classroom! What would I DO with him?
